Jo is providing me with an excellent Holistic approach to recurring posture related back issues using massage to alleviate associated short term back pain and increase flexibility, whilst providing exercise regimes to improve posture and maintain the flexibility. Whilst not miraculous the improvement in posture related discomfort e.g. from standing or driving for long periods, is markedly noticeable. I intend to continue to use her services.

Jo is amazing ... she has an incredible ability to sense how you are feeling as soon as you walk through the door. Her muscle massage is so intuitive she can clear blocks I didn’t even know I had! Calm, holistic, caring, strong ... it is the best massage therapy I have ever had and I can’t recommend it enough 💥

Just home from my first ever full body massage and it was incredible! Jo was so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed; lovely atmosphere. Great natural products that didn't effect my eczema/sensitive skin. Highly recommend!
